The concept of a cottage town with a multifunctional complex, which houses retail space, SPA and fitness area. There is also a pier with a parking lot for private boats, a beach, a promenade, children’s and sports grounds with tennis courts.
The project of the cottage town professes a modern eco-philosophy, which involves the use of natural materials in construction, sorting and filtration of waste, as well as the use of renewable energy sources. There are several outdoor recreation areas in different formats.
