APARTMENT HOTEL PROJECT WITH LOUNGE ZONE ON THE ROOF AND POOL BY THE SKY

For an apartment hotel on the Adriatic coast in Brela, AVG’s team of architects-designers has developed an architectural concept and visualizations, a design project, a facade design project, as well as a concept for landscaping with artistic lighting.

It will house 17 rooms, a SPA-complex, a fitness room and a restaurant. The building has 5 floors, the entrance group is located on the upper level, the lower floor opens onto an outdoor terrace and a swimming pool with a spectacular glass wall. Landscaping is planned for complete relaxation of guests: there are outdoor seating areas, as well as a restaurant on the view terrace.

A modern version of the neoclassic with elements of eclecticism was chosen for the interior design. The selected style corresponds to the selection of finishing materials: decorative plaster, textile panels and panels, large-format ceramic tiles Laminam, carpet tiles.

When creating the object, our team designed the image of the apart-hotel to the smallest detail. Yes, AVG was the developer of the brand book, naming and navigation project.

Currently, the apart-hotel is under construction. AVG Group specialists regularly carry out author’s supervision and visit the construction site.
