Cottage Town

THE CONCEPT OF A MODERN COTTAGE TOWN PRESENTED AT THE UKRAINIAN-SLOVAK BUSINESS FORUM IN BRATISLAVA

The concept of the cottage town, located near the town of Trnava, provides for the arrangement of an eco-friendly settlement, which is organized on the principle of the city in the park.

The main street is a large green area with parks, a cascade of ponds, an outdoor pool, a children’s play area and a sports ground.

Living in harmony with nature became the main idea in the development of the project. Much attention was paid to sports activities. Thus, in addition to specialized public areas, residents have access to bicycle and treadmills that run throughout the town.

There are several options for residences to suit the needs and tastes of a particular client.

The object reflects a new philosophy of life with a high level of comfort and safety with the advantages of caring for the environment.
