Renovation project of a business center in the central area of the historic area of the capital, which imposes its restrictions on implementation.

The three-dimensional solution of the building takes into account complex engineering conditions: at a shallow depth in the middle of the site lies a subway tunnel. The facades are decorated with unique technologies of laser engraving of glass surfaces, which look spectacular due to the artistic lighting of the object.
