The project envisages renovation of long-term structures and construction of a new part of the building ten floors high with a panoramic glass elevator. Horizontal slats with diagonal inserts on the solid glazing of the facades add not only the architectural expressiveness of the building, but also functional significance – preventing overheating of the premises.

Showrooms with the possibility of creating kinetic installations, TV zones, stands, models and other equipment for the full functioning of the car center are arranged for the organization of demonstration events of the car center. A refined highlight of the complex is a winter garden with a translucent roof.

The business center is located in a unique location at the intersection of the main business highways of the city: Druzhby Narodiv Boulevard and Velyka Vasylkivska Street. On the one hand, the business center is connected with the central business part of the city, on the other – it has a very convenient connection with the roads to the main transport hubs, as there are direct exits to Velyka Vasylkivska Street and Lobanovsky Avenue.
