CONCEPT OF RENOVATION OF THE MULTIFUNCTIONAL COMPLEX DEVELOPED BY AVG 

Pre-project solution for the renovation of an abandoned industrial zone for a multifunctional complex with shopping, entertainment and office space, as well as a residential complex. The facade of the complex is lined with dark brown bricks in combination with matte ferrous metal and large glazing. Thanks to the decoration materials, the object organically fits into the surrounding historic buildings, while maintaining the stylistic longevity with the industrial buildings of the XIX century.

Since the site is located in the city center, the emphasis is on the formation of public space around the complex. In addition to the promenade, several sites with kinetic art objects and a waterfall have been designed.
