AVG GROUP DEVELOPED AN INTERIOR PROJECT AND IMPLEMENTED IT IN A SHORT TIME
The flagship office of one of the largest construction corporations in Ukraine is located in the historic center of Kyiv. Structural divisions, a control unit and a sales office are located on eight floors.
The ground floor is fully dedicated to representative functions. There are exhibitions, training seminars and a showroom of the partner UKRBUD – CLAP, a supplier of systems for “smart home”.
High ceilings allowed to realize a spectacular entrance area. The futuristic interior is made in a building that was built in the postwar years.
Design work and implementation were carried out in a short time – 8 months.
The interior used a large number of large-format quartz plates of 1,500 square meters. m and 586 running meters of LED strips. The lighting solution was developed with special care, it laid the technical innovation and innovation of the project.
At night, the windows of the first floor in the hall with columns are transformed into projection screens thanks to smart glass. Double-glazed windows are filled with a special gas, which becomes transparent when in contact with electricity. Images on them are broadcast by five projectors. Virtual reality rooms are designed for more detailed immersion of clients and demonstration of the company’s technologies.
