What do you know about the architecture for HoReCa of the highest class and level of comfort?

The team of conceptual architects of AVG Group has developed the concept of a hotel-country complex of Lux-class. The complex is located high in the mountains of the Caucasus and is surrounded by a landscape park and promenades, panoramic playgrounds, as well as sports infrastructure and an outdoor pool.

The idea of the complex was based on the formation of a semicircular composition, creating an atmosphere of privacy, so that guests could come both separately to the Event Hall and to the hotel.

Guests arriving at the Event Hall don’t have to enter the territory of the hotel complex, it was decided to create a large guest parking at the entrance.

The Event Hall building closes the composition of the square at the hotel. Behind the building of the hotel itself, overlooking the mountain ranges and the valley, there are restaurant terraces, an outdoor swimming pool, walking paths, an amphitheater with a colonnade and an observation deck, gazebos for relaxation.

The hotel is located on a raised area, and this played an important role in the design of the underground parking, which is located under the main square. Thus, along the ramp, you can go down to the basement, where, in addition to the parking, there is a kitchen technology and a ramp for unloading products.

At the entrance to the territory, guests are greeted by a hostess and a security service. The personnel building is located in a separate block.

First, during the design, the most favorable fragment of the site was identified, not occupied by trees and without a strong relief.

The design and shaping was carried out in several stages with heated discussions and coordination of each of them: the master plan, the shape of the buildings, the style. Our strength lies in the ability to listen and hear the customer, as well as to offer the best solutions.

The hotel has 30 rooms with balconies and terraces. All rooms open onto the valley, only the windows of the corridors overlook the square in the hotel.

In the main building of the hotel on the first floors there will be a fitness room and SPA complex, a restaurant, a lobby bar and beauty salons. For business meetings, meeting rooms are provided on the ground floor.

The facades of the complex are created in the neoclassical style with elements of English country residences. In our opinion, an exquisite symbiosis between classic solutions and modern technologies is what was the most harmonious solution for this site and took into account all the goals of investors by 100%.
