AVG GROUP ACTED AS GENERAL DESIGNER OF UNFINISHED BUILDING RENOVATION
AVG Group has implemented the concept of reconstruction of the unfinished building into a modern office center Smart Hub Obolon for constant partners – the development company A Development.
During the reconstruction, the creative team of the AVG Group had the task of revising both the aesthetic component of the facade solutions and the functional-spatial structure. A thorough analysis of the existing building and optimization of design solutions made it possible to take into account the customer’s wishes for the maximum functionality of the business center.
The result is yet another worthy renovation project from A Development. The architects have created expressive architecture that is carefully integrated into the surrounding area. The modern complex consists of two buildings, which, in addition to offices, also includes commercial premises on the ground floor and restaurants with open-air terraces. It has everything you need for successful and productive work.
