Contemporary office buildings are not only modern, technologically advanced systems, but also people-friendly, warm, beautifully decorated spaces. The lobby zones of the world’s best boutique hotels were the inspiration for the reception areas of each building. The hotel’s aesthetics introduce a less formal character, favor a looser atmosphere, while maintaining an elegant character and style. Therefore, all modernized interiors will feature new lamps and furniture: comfortable armchairs and poufs as well as coffee tables. Together with them, strong, but not intrusive colors and, above all, good energy will enter the interior. Such cozy, atmospheric “seats”, with intimate lighting, beautiful carpets, interestingly furnished, are conducive to free conversations. During the modernization, we had one important goal: to stick to the original vision of an interior design consistent with the architecture of the buildings and keep the architects’ intention from several years ago. – Some finishing materials have aged, but those natural as stone on walls and floors have stood the test of time, acquiring a noble patina.
