The fashion gallery will feature stores of well-known brands and popular international brands, so the visual design of the interior of the mall was of paramount importance.

Public areas – halls, galleries, food courts and bathrooms – were all created by the project and under the author’s supervision of designers and architects of the AVG Group.

Modern style with contrasting color techniques, in which the interiors of the mall are decorated, best emphasize the current format of retail-resort, which provides a mix of shopping and entertainment in a single space.

Blockbuster Mall is the largest real estate object in the history of Ukraine. The second shopping center from the Megamall network is located at the intersection of large streams. The flow on Stepana Bandera Avenue is 200,000 people per day, on Naberezhno-Khreschatytska Street – 150,000 people per day. The busiest intersection of the city generates ideal conditions for a commercial facility.

Blockbuster Mall was created in the format of retail-resort. The mix of impeccable tenant-mix and entertainment has already become the basis for the success of another mall – Lavina Mall.

As in Lavina Mall, the mall will have an indoor amusement park with exclusive next-generation attractions. The neighborhood next to the current popular entertainment center Blockbuster makes this location a real Mecca of entertainment in Kyiv.

Blockbuster Mall received the European Property Awards in the Retail Development for Ukraine category. The mall was also evaluated by an international jury as the best retail facility in Ukraine with a 5-star rating and nominated for the Retail Development Europe award.
