Results of the week: New facility in Croatia
Every day a team of 120 AVG Group professionals work a lot of results and emotions, however, we will highlight only the main events:
– At the beginning of the week, the AVG team, as part of the field supervision, visited the construction site of the Nazario apart-hotel, which is being built on the Croatian coast. Now the open-air pool bowl has already been made, the exploited roof prepared for further improvement and lighting works. Installation of engineering networks is underway and facade work has begun.
– Work begins on the second hotel complex for AVG in Croatia! In the city of Split, a private investor plans to turn an unfinished building into a luxury 15-room apartment hotel.
The development of design documentation and the commissioning of the hotel take place in an extremely short time, because at the beginning of the tourist season, the hotel will open its doors to its first visitors. Conceptologist of AVG Design has already begun work on a new object. Soon we will share with you the visualizations of the luxury hotel.
– This week Osvitoria celebrates its year of operation! AVG Group – authors of the concept, visualization and development of interior architecture. By the way, Osvitoria HUB was included in the first edition about commercial design – Interior Design in Ukraine. Congratulations to our partners!
– Alexander Maksimov, chief architect of AVG projects and renovation of a part of the Arsenal plant, told the Metronome architectural conference held in Dnipro how to make a popular place in the capital out of the abandoned workshops of a military plant and what the city and the people of Kiev will get from this.
Together with Alexander Maksimov, the main architects of Lviv – Anton Kolomiytsev and Dnepr – Dmitry Volik revealed the topic of building up the historical part of cities.
– And already next week, the Head of the Creative Department of AVG Group Yegor Samoilenko, within the framework of Building & Construction Forum 2.0, will share his experience in creating unique architectural objects that have been repeatedly noted at Ukrainian and international competitions.
