AVG CONCEPTOLOGISTS-DESIGNERS DEVELOPED A MODERN INTERIOR DESIGN OF SVITLO PARK LCD

The days of the same inconspicuous entrances are long gone. Previously, exclusive design lobbies were the privilege of elite houses, and today they have become the center of life of houses in RC Svitlo Park.

As a central component of the houses, the lobbies reflect the concept of the residential complex and correspond to the style and rhythm of life:

1. Entrance groups of increased comfort:
• panoramic glazing to see everything that is happening on the street;
• two-way entrance without stairs and ramps, which is especially important for people with disabilities, parents with prams, toddlers, the elderly, anyone carrying a lot of things or parking on the street.

2. Clear and well-thought-out functional zoning of the space includes a spacious hall with a lounge area with upholstered furniture, a presentable reception area, a special room where you can leave a stroller or bicycle.

3. Bright, cheerful, full of natural energy colors lift the mood, stimulate imagination and creativity, inspire and charge for the whole day.

4. Natural materials (wood, textiles), plants, natural textures and ergonomic upholstered furniture provide comfort and create a homely atmosphere on the way to your apartment.

5. Modern style and unique design for each house make the interior space personalized and unique.

Architects-designers of AVG Group have carefully studied the needs of the customer and realized that we can add to the concept of the residential complex Svitlo Park its unique style. It is thanks to the interior design of each house that residents are able to feel the comfort of their home, and one of the main priorities was the comfort of the residents of the house.

Our designers have created a space that best matches the level and quality of the residential complex, but adds a unique charm to each individual house.

In developing all the concepts, the designers were inspired by the natural environment of the LCD, because near the waters of the Dnieper and Kiev hills, which are covered with greenery.

Thanks to such a natural environment, as well as the very concept of the residential complex, one of the design options was based on a trendy eco-style using natural materials and colors.

It is worth noting that in the first presentation to the customer, AVG developed 4 unique versions of the interior design of the halls of the first building of Svitlo Park.

They differed in materials, architectural and artistic means of expression of the object, however, they all harmoniously combined with the general concept of the residential complex.

The first option was chosen, which best combines modern design trends, including eco-style, which is now extremely popular. This concept became the basis for further interior design of all houses.

Meanwhile, the halls in each house are unique, both in color, which corresponds to the color of the facade of each house, and artistic techniques – in one dominant is the expressiveness of wooden slats and panels in the arrangement of the walls, and the other is dominated by stabilized moss.

Of great importance was the brand book of the residential complex, which was designed in detail and professionally. It is thanks to this that our designers were able to reflect the main idea of the residential complex in interior design, while adding unique interior solutions, which in our opinion, will be another argument when choosing apartments in the LCD.

For us, this project was of special importance. That’s why we organized an internal competition in the company, so several design groups simultaneously developed options for presentation to the customer. Each option had unique design solutions. The work was completed in less than 5 weeks.

Thanks to this approach, the customer received 4 different versions of one hall in the shortest possible time. After choosing the strongest concept, the work continued, because none of the four halls of the houses is repeated.

Of course, adjustments were made in the process of author’s supervision, but the main work was completed in the early stages.
