Mycowork- Coworking Space of the Year according to Prime Property Prize 2021

The best properties on the commercial real estate market have been identified in Warsaw. This year, a record number of applications were submitted for the Prime Property Prize. The winner in the Coworking of the Year category was Mycowork, located on the 38th floor of the WARSAW SPIRE skyscraper, owned by Immofinanz.
The interior design was developed by the AVG Group based on the detailed myhive brand book for Immofinanz buildings and offices located in Europe.

The architects and the investor emphasized the need to use ecological finishing materials. Biophilic design creates a cozy and healthy atmosphere and evokes associations with a home in nature.

Light sources, color and light directions were carefully selected during the design phase and analyzed from an operational point of view. Intelligent lighting control and appropriate site zoning contribute to better energy efficiency.
Unique acoustical panels made from natural cork wood, produced in an environmentally friendly manner, recyclable and biodegradable.

Mycowork offers the possibility of spontaneous booking of a desktop – mydesk, rooms for project teams – myroom or myflex – with access to specific locations for those who like to work in a changing environment and do not need a permanent workplace.
