And no wonder, because this is the most resonant project in recent years in the capital. Congratulations to our A Development partners on another award for a successful project!

This year’s winners were selected by top managers of Colliers International, Cushman & Wakefield, DEOL Partners, UTG, Alef Estate, SAGA Development, Budhaus, SCHMIDHUBER, MADMA urbanism + landscape / MASA architects, UDP, Toronto-Kyiv. KAN Development, Archimatika, Vertex Hotel Group, Tabanlıoğlu Architects, Arricano Real Estate, VASCONI ARCHITECTES and other experts in the field of real estate and construction, architecture, investment.
The industrial zone of the Arsenal plant, hidden behind a high fence in the middle of Pechersk, includes unique historic buildings of the mid-nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. We are faced with an extremely interesting task – not only to turn the industrial zone into an urban public space, but also to show a delicate attitude to the monuments of architecture and urban planning.
Monuments of national importance were in poor condition. Many decorative elements were destroyed, authentic windows and doors were replaced with standard solutions, many openings were laid, the layout of the premises was redrawn, engineering networks were laid through arches, and the perimeter of the building was overgrown with outbuildings.

We restored the original appearance of the historic facades, implemented a complex of modern engineering support, as well as arranged a public space with pedestrian and green areas.
“All over the world there is now a trend towards the renovation of industrial zones and the arrangement of urban areas, primarily as a comfortable environment for human life and recreation.
“I am confident that such a project as the renovation of the Arsenal plant will be a good example for investors across Ukraine,” said Andrii Voitko, founder and CEO of the AVG group of companies.
